Foreword

This document governs your access to and use of the Omnia website (hereinafter, the “Site”), as well as the contractual relationship between La Piana Luca / Omnia (hereinafter, “We,” “Our” or “Owner”) and Users. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the Site, including but not limited to the promotion of website creation services, software development, ads campaign management, marketing, e-commerce fulfillment, social content management and social media marketing (SMM), as well as any other related services.

  • Data transmission is via tools (e.g., Webflow forms) that ensure adequate security standards.

  • This data may be communicated to the Omnia team, which will process it for the purpose of promoting and delivering the group's services.

All content on the Site - text, images, logos, graphics, videos, software and source code - is the property of the Owner or their respective authors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution or modification of all or part of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.
